For the attention of new entrants to the college...

Firstly congratulations for the successful completion of your long School journey, just look back for a while, all that happened were actions to reach this place and it didn’t happen just like that in the path

*
Would have entered college by wish or by force, for that either the marks, money or recommendation would have existed as an added weightage. Should also understand a fact that this place must be someone’s dream, passion and desperation, let us have that in mind!

*
Decide on how these upcoming 3 or 4 years to be spent and what are all to be learnt
*
Thinking this as a college and reading the syllabus may yield a degree, however will that degree be suffice for your future journey?

*
College is not only a place to obtain a degree, It is also a sculpture gallery to carve ourselves as per our thoughts too! Carve yourselves as much as possible within these years and move

*
Whenever we take a bike or a car from home for a journey, have we started without having a clarity on the purpose of the destination and the time it takes? How much it would cost for the petrol? As we think so much for this 100 rupees petrol expenditure, are we clear about this important 3-4 years period? Why, how, where, start exploring soon

*
“Why did I choose this subject?” If you don’t find an answer for this yourself, then there is all possibility you will end up with a question of regretting your choice

*
Find your mentor, he or she is not going to born but already exist in front of you, may be your senior, professor, bus conductor, father, mother, relative, college guest, trainer, it could be anyone or may be a one outside, it’s your sole responsibility to find out

*
“I’m just a student and someone will take care of all!”, don’t think of escapism with this thought. This generation students has clarity, ability and intelligence to search and attain what they want!

*
Start thinking now about your option after college, “going for work, becoming an entrepreneur, can start an industry”, it could be anything, we are at the last stage of course completion, don’t waste time on finding reasons for procrastination

*
Start thinking about the additional features to be added in your bio data from now on

*
Enrich your attitude and friendship, be cautious with your words and actions
